systems. Our web-based system is a quick and easy way to order items. It is confidential. After you have placed an
order with us, we will send a confirmation letter to your e-mail address regarding the order you have placed with us.

Returns
Customer Satisfaction Guarantee - Returning Merchandise
If not completely satisfied, you
may return any items for a refund. Returns are accepted with our authorization only. To receive an authorization number, please
email us within 7 days of receipt of goods with your order number. Merchandise must be in perfect condition. Subject to restocking
fee of 50%.( Please note that all clothing is non refundable due to the nature of this item unless on defective clothing)

Authorized returns will be refunded to your original account within 7 days of receiving the return from you.

Cancel
an order
To cancel your order please send an email quoting your order reference and reason
for cancelling to info@glowstickspro.com, please note that orders cannot
be cancelled after dispatch.
Misprints

to provide you with the most up-to-date and accurate information. In the event that an error does occur, we reserve the right
to correct or cancel an order at any time, and/or edit an order to reflect the correction, and/or correct the error on our
web site. In the event that you are shipped an incorrect product, we will gladly accept the unit back and offer you a full
refund.
Clearance Products
Our policy states that
clearance/closeout items are final and cannot be returned.
Back Orders / Items Partially Out of Stock
Glowstickspro.com makes every
effort to maintain accurate inventory information online and to prevent items from going out of stock. However, due to the
volume of orders we receive and the variety of ordering methods available to our customers, it is possible for items to sell
out before we are able to fill all pending orders. If your order contains an item or items which are partially out of stock,
or out of stock, one of the following two procedures will be followed:
1) If your order is partly out of stock or
is out of stock for 5 day's. Glowstickspro.com will hold the order until our stock comes in, unless specific instructions
from the customer is called in or e-mailed to info@glowstickspro.com
2) If more then 5 day's
and still only a part of your order is out of stock, Glowstickspro.com will contact you by email or phone to get your
specific instructions regarding the order.
3) If your order is out of stock longer than 5 day's Glowstickspro.com will contact you by email
or phone to get your specific instructions on whether you would like to place the order on back order or if you would like

US Dollars, only US dollars will be accepted for payment towards Products, Shipping, and Sales Tax.
